At Jr. Rampage Lacrosse, we are committed to growing the game of lacrosse in Lincoln by providing young athletes with an opportunity to develop skills, build confidence, and experience the camaraderie of a team. Whether your child is new to lacrosse or has prior experience, our supportive and inclusive environment allows players of all skill levels to thrive.

Spring 2025: Our Regular Lacrosse Season

The spring season is the primary lacrosse season, featuring increased competition and league games!

📅 Practice & Game Schedule

• Regular Practices: Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5:15 - 7:00 PM and Saturday mornings at 9:30 - 11:00 AM at Speedway Sporting Complex (Lincoln, NE). Please confirm field assignments in TeamSnap!
• League Games
  • Sundays at Nebraska Multisport Complex (6925 Eastport Pkwy, LaVista, NE)
  • Click here for OLC League Rules.
  • Last Games of the season: Sunday, May 11, 2025
• Micros Program: No league games; practices begin April 5, 2025, at Speedway.

Fall 2025: Skill Development Season

Our fall season focuses on skill-building and keeping players engaged in the game. Practices are held once a week (Saturdays) and include at least one play day against other clubs.

In 2024, we hosted our first-ever "Pro-Day" featuring PLL & Denver Outlaws star Jake Piseno, plus our "Fall Ball-Stars" event to close out the season. Stay tuned for exciting new opportunities in Fall 2025!

Equipment & Gear: Making Lacrosse Accessible

To ensure every player has the opportunity to try lacrosse, we offer rental gear for first-year players.

• Boys Rental Gear: $50 deposit, refundable upon full return
• Girls Rental Gear: $25 deposit, refundable upon full return

This program allows players to experience the game without the upfront cost of purchasing gear.

Certified Lacrosse Coaching Staff

At Jr. Rampage, player safety and development are our top priorities. All coaches are certified and background-checked through USA Lacrosse to ensure a safe, professional, and positive learning environment for all athletes.
