All about Jr Rampage Lacrosse…
Ready to sign up!
The first step to register to play - for youth boys, youth girls or high school girls - is to get a USA Lacrosse membership. This is required for all players. Remember your USA Lacrosse membership number to sign up for Liberty or Rampage.
Now lets get you signed up for Liberty or Rampage.
Liberty and Rampage are Lincoln’s premier lacrosse club for boys ages 5 to 14 and girls ages 5 to seniors in high school.
Spring Season:
The spring season serves as our "regular" lacrosse season and features increased competition and league games!
First youth lacrosse practice for 12U and 14U will be on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at North Speedway Fieldhouse, Speedway Village from 11 AM – 1 PM.
First practice for 8U and 10U will be on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Cook Pavilion.
After that, practices occur three times a week—on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. These lacrosse sessions are held at Speedway Sporting Complex in Lincoln, NE.
League games are scheduled for Sundays at the new Nebraska Multisport Complex, 6925 Eastport Pkwy, LaVista, NE. First lacrosse games are tentatively scheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2025!
We also aim to provide additional game opportunities in locations such as Kansas City, Waukee, Sioux Falls, or Sioux City, allowing our teams to compete against different youth lacrosse clubs and challenge themselves.
Micros do not have games, but their practices will begin on April 5, 2025 at Speedway.
Equipment & Gear:
To make lacrosse accessible for everyone, we offer rental gear for all first-year players. This allows newcomers to experience the game without the upfront cost of purchasing equipment. Rental gear is available for a deposit fee, which is fully refundable upon complete return of the gear.
Coaching:
Our coaching staff is certified and background checked through USA Lacrosse, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all players.
Pricing Information
The cost for the Spring 2025 season is as follows:
- Micros (ages 4-6): $25
- 8U & 10U: $415
- 12U & 14U: $515
- 12U & 14U Girls: $490
*Potential Deductions:
- USA Lacrosse Membership: If your USA Lacrosse membership is active for the current season, deduct $35 from the total cost.
- Rental Gear:
- Boys: Deduct $50 if you do not need rental gear.
- Girls: Deduct $25 if you do not need rental gear.
- Jersey: Deduct $45 if you do not need a new jersey.
Example Scenarios:
- Active USA Lacrosse membership, no gear rental, and no new jersey = Total cost reduced by up to $130 for boys or $105 for girls.
- Only need a new jersey = Deduct $35 for USA Lacrosse membership (if active) and gear rental (if not needed).

Fall Season:
Our fall season runs through September and October and is focused on skill development and keeping players engaged in the game. Practices are held once a week, typically on Saturdays, and the season features at least one play day against other clubs and other special events. In 2024 we featured our first "Pro-Day", bringing in Denver Outlaws PLL star, Jake Piseno, for a one-day clinic as well as our "Fall Ball-Stars" to conclude the season. More information will be available after our Summer 2025 Try Lax Clinic.
