Our Spring season runs from March to the end of May. Spring is our "regular" Season.  We practice Tuesday and Thursday evening as well as Saturday mornings.  We will practice at various locations in Lincoln.  Many practices will be outdoors at LSF, 7600 N 70th, Lincoln NE. We practice 3 times a week to maximize skill development and help establish team camaraderie. League games are on Sundays and held at the new Nebraska Multisport Complex at 6925 Eastport Pkwy, LaVista NE.

We strive to offer additional games in season, possible locations include Kansas City, Waukee, Sioux Falls or Sioux City to play against different clubs and challenge our teams.

The fall season is focused on skill development and keeping our players engaged in the game.
We practice once a week in the fall on Saturdays and will schedule 1-2 weekends of game play with other clubs.

We offer rental gear for all players so anyone can experience the game without worrying about all equipment right away.  Rental gear is available for a deposit and fee. The deposit is refunded when the gear is returned completely.

All of our coaches are certified and background checked through USA Lacrosse.
