Are you curious about lacrosse or looking for a new sport for your child? Our upcoming ‘Try Lacrosse’ Spring Clinic is the perfect opportunity to explore this fast-paced, exhilarating game.

Event Details:

  • Date & Time: Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM
  • Location: Cook Pavilion, North 14th Street, Lincoln, NE
  • Ages: Boys and girls aged 6-14
  • Cost: Free!

What to Expect:

Our ‘Try Lacrosse’ clinic is designed for beginners and those new to the sport. Participants will learn the fundamentals of lacrosse, including:

  • Basic Skills: Passing, catching, shooting, and cradling
  • Game Rules: Understanding the flow and objectives of the game
  • Team Play: Introduction to offensive and defensive strategies

All equipment will be provided, so just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
