Lincoln Youth Lacrosse Association (LYLA) is the home of youth lacrosse in Lincoln, Nebraska.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing the game of lacrosse in Nebraska. We provide boys and girls across all ages and skill levels the opportunity to learn, play, and love the sport of lacrosse. Our programs include the Jr Rampage and Lincoln Liberty teams, which offer coaching, skill development, and competition in a positive, community-focused environment.

Jr Rampage Boys Lacrosse
The Jr Rampage program offers boys in grades 1–8 the chance to learn, play, and compete in the sport of lacrosse. Our spring season is the primary and most competitive time of year. Players participate in regular practices during the week, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and game strategies.
Each weekend, teams face off against clubs from across the region, including Omaha Lacrosse Club, Papillion La Vista Titans, and the Elkhorn Athletic Association. The season culminates in an exciting end-of-season tournament where every player can showcase their progress and celebrate with teammates.
Registration for the spring season opens each January, and we encourage families to sign up early to secure their spot
High School Girls Lacrosse
Established in 2018, Lincoln Liberty is Lincoln, Nebraska’s first and only girls high school lacrosse team. As a member of the Midwest Girls Lacrosse League, Liberty competes against programs from the Omaha and Des Moines areas, giving players the chance to develop skills and experience competitive play.
In 2025, Head Coach Adam Dugan was named USA Lacrosse Coach of the Year, an honor recognizing outstanding coaching contributions, sportsmanship, and player development. Congratulations, Coach Adam!
Guerrilla Lacrosse: Free Summer Pick-Up Games
Guerrilla Lacrosse is our free, all-ages summer pick-up program designed to make lacrosse accessible, fun, and low-pressure for everyone, boys and girls! Whether you’re brand new to the sport or an experienced player looking to stay active, Guerrilla Lacrosse is the perfect way to keep a stick in your hands during the off-season.
Sessions are held weekly at rotating parks and fields around Lincoln. No equipment is required—just bring a stick if you have one, and we’ll provide the rest. Come ready to learn, play, and make new friends in a relaxed, supportive environment.
